Looking for a gentle form of exercise easy on the joints? Stop in August 21st @ 11:30 a.m. for a free session of Chair Yoga, co-hosted with Retro Fitness. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Anyone with conditions such as low back pain, hip/knee arthritis, stenosis, are welcome to swing by.
